Finally getting real

Just flip open any newspaper or magazine for choice with the kind of real estate that is on the block. Gone are the days when people assumed that if you advertised, you are hard up for business. There is no other way but to accept that the real estate market is very bullish in Goa. The twist however is that it is not a seller's market.
